Order Cancellation
– Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@drapeandluxe.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the item.
Returns and Refunds
– We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Process
– Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Items without original packaging
Any item not in its original condition unless damaged or defective upon arrival
