– All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

– Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your delivery location.

• Orders to remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Charges

– Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout, based on your delivery address and order weight.

• Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a minimum value.

Order Tracking

– Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.

• You can use the tracking number on the respective courier partner’s website to monitor delivery progress.

Delivery Delays

– In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as:

• Natural calamities

• Strikes or transport disruptions

• Courier service issues
  We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Undeliverable Packages

– If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

• Additional shipping fees may apply for the second attempt.

International Shipping

– Currently, we ship only within India.

• International shipping is not available at this time.
